EarthLink Partners Ltd is a newly established not-for-profit company dedicated to Advancing, Conserving, and Enhancing the Natural Environment. We operate as a registered charity under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
We pursue our purpose through a wide range of environmental and sustainability initiatives, including:
- Conservation of endangered species and ecological communities
- Habitat restoration and revegetation
- Guiding sustainable farming practices and regenerative land management
- Supporting industry transition to clean energy
- Access to clean water and protection of waterways
- Environmental education, training and awareness programs.
We work with local communities, scientists, and funders to deliver practical, science-based projects in Australia and Overseas.

Meet the Founders
Merrilyn Barnes
Merrilyn brings over 30 years of experience in Environmental Science and Natural Resource Management, with a background in Conservation and Park Management. She has led complex projects in all states across Australia from mining and infrastructure to regenerative land management, biodiversity restoration, and water programs.
Her leadership ensures EarthLink Partners remains grounded in integrity, innovation, and authentic collaboration with local communities, with a clear focus on delivering practical, nature-positive outcomes.
Elizabeth Lopez
Elizabeth is an Environmental Advisor with a background in Geology and a growing focus on sustainability and environmental management. Originally from Colombia, she spent several years working in the mining sector before moving to Australia, where she is building experience in Environmental Management Systems and Project Management.
Through EarthLink Partners, Elizabeth is committed to supporting the full life cycle of environmental projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring they create real lasting benefits for both communities and the natural world.

EarthLink Partners delivers science-based environmental and community development projects that align with our charitable purpose of Advancing the Natural Environment.
We offer a range of environmental and community-based projects to ensure that environmental and community initiatives are well-resourced, well-managed, and well-delivered.
Our activities include:
- Funding research and opportunity identification
- Preparing grant applications for environmental initiatives
- Project design, scoping, and delivery
- Conducting biodiversity surveys and supporting species recovery
- Helping organisations to improve their environmental practices through Environmental Management Systems and ESG reporting
- Biodiversity offsets led by local communities
- Biosecurity advisory for wildlife
- Training and environmental capacity-building
- Developing practical strategies and plans for conservation action.
